Torrevieja 2006

Rosie from Uni's Mum and Dad had a timeshare apartment which they said we could use for a week, so the usual lot from uni (minus Galan who gayed out) went to Torrevieja in Spain. Was pretty much before the season started so was quiet during the week, but really went nuts at the weekend!

In a bar on the first night. This was just after THE HORSE had decided he couldn't take any more beer so went to whisky to take it easy. They served him the best part of a pint and it shows! He could barely stand.

In the Irish bar where Jenny did a cracking job of embarrassing herself chatting up the Irish barman. Me and Samos on the other hand acquitted ourselves brilliantly and look very cool!?!

One night we decided to go to Alicante for the night to find some more life. We found a rock bar where they played Crazy Nights by Kiss twice running for us whilst we went mental dancing round this pole!

Sam got offered a rose by one of those blokes who goes round selling them. He told the guy he only had a 50euro note. No problem said the guy, game him 2 roses, took the 50 and went to get change! He returned a little later with 30euros for Sam. That's about £15 he paid for 2 roses which he shortly after handed to random people in the street. Idiot!!

On the beach on the Friday. Sharpe isn't here cos at this point he'd vanished and we didn't know where he was. Turned out he'd gone off for 2 days on a 'holiday within a holiday' cos he couldn't hack the pace!!

Start of the friday night (the big night!). Little did we know how messy it'd get from here on in!

It was much busier on the friday and we ended up getting in at 6am. Things that happened that night should and will remain private!! :o)

Sharpe returned for the Sunday night (good of him) having missed the whole weekend. Still, it also meant he missed the incredible trough we all went through on the saturday, the like of which will never be experienced again.
